I have the exact same problem! it's extremely annoy to the point that I want to smash the phone. The call comes about every 10 to 20 minutes and lasts for an hour or two. Is there nothing that can be done?

Have gotten this call for the past 2 days, about 6 times per day, and all I hear is a fax machine tone... and as I'm typing this, it rings again...
