I've been getting called from this number for a long time. I finally called it back and got a recorded message from Rogers saying that they wanted to review my bill. I am on automatic payment so didn't understand the purpose. However, I went along with it and it then gave me the option to speak to a live operator. I did that and she checked into it and assured me that since I had talked to a live customer service rep, my number woud be removed from the list. I hope this works!!

i have had three and its getting way to annoying...im never around to answer and it has been almost every day since feb. 6they have to give up at some point right!!!?????

this number also has been calling me all week... and they call at really stupied times... they leave no msgs and they dont even answer when i pick up!and funny thing im wiht rogers too.

So I have been getting called from this number also. I missed my due date by a couple days but made my payment and reported it online. So today, over a week after making payment, I have already recieved 4 calls by 2pm. The first was at 9am...on an effing saturday!!! So I called them, and after going through 3 different morons asking the same shyt, I finally get someone who is'nt going to transfer me. I ask them whats up and get he usual run-around. I asked why am I getting called 10 times a day or more from this number and the 866 and the 800 number...mo-fo says that Im exaggerating!! Then he starts with the usual threats. He says I have 2 choices. All the calls, or disconnection! PHUK ROGERS!! My 3 year contract is up in a couple monthes and I WILL NOT be signing with them.Their customer service sucks. You can't ever talk to anyone face to face. Even if you go to a store, they hand you the CS line. I get calls BEFORE my due date. I have even had my service suspended a week before my payment was due. They are stupidly overpriced for s****y service.F*** YOU F*** YOU F*** YOU!!!!!!!! ROGERS CAN SUCK A d*ck!!!
