got 15 calls today on my cell phone - how can they be stopped

I got this call too and i called back and it was a registered message from rogers.

every day since september 15, 2009 I get a call. I am a new rogers's cell phone user. I am keeping a log and will bring it to their attention.

In the last half hour they've called 7 times! Every once in a while I will pick up and what do you know? Nothing, no one speaks. This is getting really annoying.

I called back and got the Rogers call center. I pressed buttons until i got an attendant on the line and I gave him all my info and he checked and my bill was up to date and he could not understand why I got the call. He took note of it on my file and if it happens again they will look into why it is happening. I have not had the problem since.

This number is Rogers Accounts rec. They are calling because you are past due on your account. The calls will not stop until your account balance is no longer past due. The calls are made by an auto service, once you answer the call, you should wait on the line until the next rep is ready to take your call.
