First I received a telephone call telling me that a package would be delivered to my home that day.  Did not receive.  Then I received a letter in the mail from 1st Capital @ Assets Incorporated out of CanadaI received a check in the amount of 4375.30 and was informed to contact the claims agent for further clarification.  I have called about 10 times and never received a response.  I finally decided to investigate.  I emailed the American International Group who's name was on the check, there was no telephone number listed. Have not got a response from them as of yet.  I have never received a call from the client manager from the company that sent the check.  I'm glad I did some research before it was too late.
