They called me a few times, and when I told them that I was not able to afford this, they gave me attitude..yesterday they called me and I told them that I was not able to afford this and the guy responded "you can't even afford $40?" and then he hung up on me.Thanks for the 1-800 #, I'm going to call it and have my # removed from their list.

I said hello.He said he wants to speak to Dennis.I asked who's calling.He hung up.These phone calls are from the fire department or the retired police association.Any way to stop these calls.No one picks up when i dial back the number.They call almost everyday.

Toronto Police Association seeking money for Christmas activities. 3 kids for $ 50.
"Call is being recorded." Did not take no for an answer. Tried to bully me to donate.
"If not now when are you going to give?"

Caller indicated that he was from Toronto Firefighters selling tickets to see Magic and Illusions at the Ryerson Theatre.  Proceeds going to charity.  They even had the sound of a siren in the background.  Nice touch.Funny thing is that I would have gone to see the show if I was going to be in town.   It's a legitmate show and I wouldn't have minded taking my family to see it.   Nevertheless, I told the caller I was busy and he thanked me for my time and asked if I was interested in seeing their annual magic show next year.  I told him to call back next year.

Caller asked if this was the <myname> residence?
I asked who's calling?
He repeated the same question.
I asked who's calling?
He hung up as I then said "if you're selling something please take us off your list"
