Called them back, and the voice message was unclear, but I thought I heard something about Dominion Institute and The Veterans Memory Project.  They said there was no one to take my call so I should leave a message.

Chances are, I made that call! I work at the call center you talk about.

We keep getting a call from this phone number and they don't leave a message.We don't answer because the Number is not familar to us and it reads unknown name.

We do not take you off our lists because we are a charity. We are representing the memory project.. and we do not leave voice mails.
