First time, called to ask if I needed my ducts cleaned. Second time called to see if I needed my house cleaned.

Moved into a new residential area over a year ago and still receive dozens of calls for duct cleaning (usually two or three a week), this is one of them... i keep asking to be taken off the call list but obviously that means nothing.
