this number keeps calling me but never leaves a messages - a couple of times a week - when I call back - no answer or answering machine - who is this?

Same here. They leave no messages and they have no answering machine. On my phone display it says sears. If it really is them, that's very unprofessional, even for a retail company. But then again it might not be sears. It's frustrating.
