calls in odd times

Got several times calls from that number. All were when I was not able to answer (I have not responder). Tried to call back the number, but it says "unfortunately your call cannot be complete as dialed".

Missed the call, but a message was left on my cell phone - reduce your debt. Obvious fake return number.
