I had signed up some people and found out that he then used the info also sign them up for newspapers.

I quit when he would not pay. I just happened to see him at the auto show and rally feel bad for all the people who got magazines through him,because I am sure he will be signing them all up for some newspaper

This man is very dangerous. He doesn't have any real sales positions. I called sunmedia and he's been banned from selling the paper or working for them. The police has told me that there's an investigation for fraud against him.
