Got a call from this # even when I'm in the "Do not Call". Not message left. Now I'm going to report it.  This guys are not giving a s**t abaout private numbers.

I got a call from them this morning & they said that "Congratulations You've won a cruise from Norwegian Cruise Lines.." At that point I hung up the phone on them.

Called a few days ago... I heard "Congratulations" and immediately hung up... I've received at least 5 calls like this, the others were from Norwegian Cruise Lines, I assumed this was the same

Got a call from the this number no voice mail i tried to call it back and it was a busy signal

Caller ID says Toronto ON (Ontario?).Does the Do Not Call List apply to foreign companies?

Just got a call from this on my work cell - all I heard was a prerecorded perky female voice saying "Congratulations!  You..." before I hung up.
