Yet another in a long list of scumbags. "Congratulations, on behalf of Norwegian Cruise Lines..." CLICK.What a joked DoNotCall.gov is.

It's a recorded message saying "Congratulations your family has been selected to win a free cruise",  then gives a number to call back.

Just got a call from this on my work cell - all I heard was a prerecorded perky female voice saying "Congratulations!  You..." before I hung up.

Caller ID says Toronto ON (Ontario?).Does the Do Not Call List apply to foreign companies?

Got a call from this # even when I'm in the "Do not Call". Not message left. Now I'm going to report it.  This guys are not giving a s**t abaout private numbers.
