I have been getting calls from this same number as. I go to pick it up they hang up this is totally annoying if you don't have the guts to talk then don't dial other people numbers. As it is very frustrating and people have other things in life.(416) 511-8946 was the number with unknown ID.

I just got a call from them and tried to call back and couldn't get through. I live in Northern Ontario.

I tried to block this number nut apparently, it is not really a Toronto number and they still call my.hat do I do it seems to be call regarding special offers for a Credit Card that I do not even have.

They are trying to commit fraud by getting your credit card number . I know because it happened to me . They said they were from Microsoft but that was a lie .Dont ever give out credit card payment over the phone!!!

Picked up the phone, 5 seconds of silence, then a woman's automated voice said "Thank you" and it hung up.
