I have been called from this number at least 15 x in the past 2 weeks - there is never anybody there - there is no answer when i say something and if i do not answer and it goes to voicemail there is nothing there. I called the number and it is an outgoing only number.How to stop this????

These people keep proving they have small genitalia each time they call.I have blocked them at our phone system. They get a message that says "Goodbye" and it hangs up.I really hope they keep trying to call me and waste there own time doing so.
