I just got a call from this same number on my cell phone.  It said that I have a message and to press 1 to hear it or 2 to disconnect. I pressed 1 and all it said was "Thank You" and disconnected.

4 times one hour, just beeping on the other line.

Yes, a fax machine is calling me in Toronto without fax or voice message from (416) 504-9427 at 9:17am Aug28, 2008.

receiving a fax call from this number, tried to call the number back and it states "call can not be completed as dialed".

Unsuccessful in contacting them to remove our number from their autodialer list, contacting our phone service provider to block the number.

They called on cell phone, said had message for me, to listen press 1 to hang up press 2 - not thinking I pressed 2, but then hung up.  I do not see that anything has happened - so far.Very annoying.Can't the phone company cut this number off?
