i keep getting this phone  number calling me all day to it's pissing me off to .I just read all the comments about this I hope everyone like me will get them off our backs good luck all.

They are calling continually about someone with a similar  last name but a completely different 1st name.
They hold the line for more than 4 minutes some how. I can't call out or receive calls this could be an emergency they would not care, as it is a machine. It is black mail or extortion to tell them what they want but I don't know the person they are looking for. They think I am not telling them truth and threaten me if I don't tell them the info they want.

I reported them to the BBB since they are the most obnoxious PoS people I have ever answered the phone to. I kept getting calls from iQor. I finally had to fax a letter to the manager demanding them to cease and desist or the matter would be taken to the CPA and harassment charges would be laid. Collection companies are only allowed to call 3 times in a 7 day period no matter if it is automated or a real person.  They are not allowed to harass, threaten or demean people.  They are not allowed to solicit money from family or friends and they are NOT allowed to call your place of work unless it is to verify you are working there.  From what I read on other sites the company who has this number is Optima. A collection agency.  The can also be calling for CBV another collection agency. Know your rights and enforce them.  I am also getting calls from them but never answer.
