Just called my cell phone and hung up while it was ringing (before it could go to voicemail)Number came in in "international" format of +41 64 521 56 5Makes me think it is some offshore VoIP system trying to pass as a North American number.  As I don't know anyone in Switzerland which is where country code 41 is.
