claims to be EnviroTech, conducting surveys about household information such as presence of pets, allergies, whether you are a smoker, etc.  when asked who they are performing this survey on behalf of they claim to be conducting it on behalf of "Canadian Environmental Protection" who is affiliated with "Canadian Environmental" department.  close in terminology to actual federal departments, but very wrong.  likely fraudulent activity.

repeated calls from this number. i firmly demand that they stop calling almost every other day. when i call the number back all i get is a message saying the number is not in service. very odd.
