1) He speaks at least 3 languages fluently: English,French,and Tamil. He is also very good with Accents and can change the tone of his Voice- be Careful.

2)He is a Tamil Tiger- This is a Terrorist Organization, make no mistake about it. He is a Fierce Srilankan Tamil Patriot. How far would he go for his cause- you would not want to find out. He is Anti- USA, Great Britain and other Western Countries. He passionately supports all Terrorist Organizations. Why did they ever let this guy enter Canada is a total mistery to me.

He will call at Any Time- even if this outside of the times that he can legally call. He will also try to impersonate a family member, friend, or employer to obtain information.

4)He also owns and his president of Morris A. Stein Legal Services. He is the Only employee. That company has been reprimanded by the Law Society of Upper Canada (Ontario.) Rupen's licence as a Paralegal was revoked in April of 2011. You do business with him you are asking for problems.

5)Yes, he is associated if not the owner of a Air Duct Cleaning company. You do business with him at your own Peril.

Saeed Rasool Afridi and his lakies in Pakistan are hired by Air Duct companies who have illeagal access to peoples telephone numbers and has his telemarketers call. The culprits are the companies that hire him to call us. CANADIAN companies!
I have "booked" and appointment for tomorrow. I plan to turn them away at the door after snapping a photo of their truck/plate# and retrieving either a buisness card or a copy of a work order (something with their name/number on it). I will then report them to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Commison. I suggest that if you are getting repeated calls, do the same. The more people that complain, the better chance we have of nailing down who these companies are. The Government will need more than just the one company that comes to my house.........give them the name of the one that comes to yours, too!

I googled this number and it takes to Rupen Balaram Sivaram, a paralegal and upon further investigation this guy's license to represent has been revoked and now he is working as a Duct cleaning technician and calling up people.

I think he doesnt even have a duct license.

All the calls from (416) 410-5680 were placed via V.O.I.P Technology displaying Ontario Businesses.
The calls came from Pakistan, Karachi, 011-92-333-323-2940, Saeed Rasool Afridi, (416) 907-0453 is the Toronto Number.

They work nightshift, calling in Ontario in the daytime, and display the telephone number of local businesses to avoid losing their duct cleaning clients, who wil lbe subject to hefty fines from the CRTC, namely Top Line Duct Cleaning, Top Class Duct Cleaning, etc.

BSR Enterprises Legal Agents Inc. and Morris A, Stein Legal Agents are not in the duct cleaning business. Their telephone numbers have been misused (they have been INUNDATED with telephone calls) given out by Connections Via & Saeed Rasool Afridi.

this call centre  hijacking all ontario duct cleaning company,s names  i make them to come to my house do the duct cleaning and in the end i ask them before i pay u i need to now what is your company name he gave me toronto breeze duct cleaning card these people will give you others company's name until  they show up at your home and u see there truck with toronto breeze i did,t pay them becouse they were on fraud when i call the other company they left my house rite away they was knew thay are in trouble.***************************************Toronto Breeze Duct Cleaning***********************************************they will always give you others company's name to make complain,s are tell the f*** of becouse they are not telling you the truth about there own company,s name .................Stay away from Toronto Breeze Duct CLEANING*********************

This is the 3rd call in 2 days I've gotten from these people who claim to be a duct cleaning service.  First off, I'm in Ottawa, they're in Toronto, go figure why they're even calling me.  On July 20, I got a call from a guy with a thick East Indian accent asking me to sign up with their duct cleaning and get a big discount, so I told him that I'd already had my ducts cleaned last September (which is true).  He became insistent and rude, asking "Oh! Why did you not sign up with OUR company, sir?" I hung up on him.  

Then, today (July 22) I got a call from this number while I was on the other line - ignored it, then 10 minutes later the guy calls again, the same guy from July 20, asking me to sign up - he mentioned me by name as well, who knows where he got my name.  I told him that I'd refused 2 days ago, and I will file a complaint with the CRTC, he responds "Oh, OK, OK, OK...yes, yes yes..." and I hung up.
