Yes, 416 is Canada area code. These telemarketers are stupid people because they think the rest of us are stupid as they are. They call my business line and don't realize I have caller ID and don't answer these #s that look suspicious. This # is now on my list of #s to watch and I have fun receiving these calls only to her these morons hang up !!!!!

I keep getting called from this number concerning my computer running slowly due to errors

I also received a call from a man with an Indian accent claiming my computer was sending virus messages.  I hung up.  I also received a similar call last week and the number on the caller id came up as all 0s.  I don't know where they got my number but they can leave me alone.

just got called on my att cell .. a forign man probably Indian said he was calling from Washington DC and the federal goverment and I was randomly selected to recieve a free grant or whatever that I didnt have to pay back... He did use my first and last name.. which is a first... I had calls on my land line for windows virus and He started to cuss me...  but told the dc guy if you have my info send me a certified letter and hung up... This is beyond the regular telemarketing .. scamming a** holes..

got a call rom  (416) 364-1111 saying they were Microsoft and I needed to fet on my]phone immediately and they would help me solve a serious virus.  This was at 6:30 A>M>

I got like 3 calls from this number today and wouldnt connect when I call back.Based on the comments here looks like another grant scam and this time not from China but from my own country.Maybe China outsourced it to India for scamming. :-)In the past I have received so many calls from China and these guys were outright rude idiots. Unfortunately there does not seem to be any way to stop these calls. I wonder if there is any standard process for reporting these calls.Calls from Chinese scammers were not even proper phone numbers.
