it keeps calling me at 5am! just keeps beeping, needs to be fixed!

Got a call from this number today, didn't pick up because I didn't recognize the caller id.  Didn't leave a message

Just callled me when I said hello and I heard guy who appeared to be talking to soneone and hung up on me.  He may have not been paying attention when I answered.  Number is unlisted.

Got a call on my cell today, just a fax beep.  I'm in Toronto.  Tried to call it back, got the "number not in use" message.

Received a call from and phoned Bell to report it. Bell was no help. Told me to go to website www.cdma.com to report the difficulty which has to be a mistake as it is a website for Qualcom. Didn't see anything on that website that would help me.
