a lady called me few times and ask me about RYAN.... I don't know but I said there is no one here with the name RYAN. She said sorry but keep calling me every month for last year or so

I got a call from this number and it was someone claiming they were calling from Windows stating that they were receiving notices that my computer has viruses. However, they were claiming the name of the person who owned the computer was someone that had my phone number over 10 years ago. It is a scam as they cannot even state what operating system I have. When I questioned him he hung up. Tried calling back but I just get a dial tone. BE WARNED! They are trying to get you to allow them access to your computer so they can obtain your personal information. Do not allow this to happen.

I call the both number to-day during normal office hour.  It's in a dial tone situation. If this is an proper organization, why a dial tone is still keeping on ?I surely this is a scam!  The woman call me for purpose to access my account in order to pick up my personal information to get advantage.

I received a phone call from (416) 360-8654.A woman told me to start my computer in order to check is there any virus hack into my computer.  I ask her telephone number to make sure the case. She told me I can call the toll free number 1-+1 800-409-0372.  And then she told me to press my window button and letter "R" at the same time.  I said maybe I call her later because I want to make sure the number.  After the conversation is over, I call both number and noticed that both of them is at a Dail tone situation !

Received a call from (416) 360-8654. He asked to confirm my information on a file they have!
