Calls me when i pick up no answer

just 2 rings - I didn't have enough time to pick it up, no msg

Sounds like a fax machine calling. But no clue who it is.

Just got a blank call from this number. There was nobody on the other side of the line. When I tried calling back I got a "number does not exists" message

I have multiple 'faxes' to my business number.  I've called rogers about it and they told me they can't block these callers, even when I tell them the exact number and the caller ID.  This is just awful phone service...
