Called at 10:00 a.m. March 17 - no one answered - just silence

It's Skype, and very likely the person who was trying to call you had a bad connection.

This number (416) 360-1176 is associated Skype Internet calling service.  http://www.skype.com/  when I use the service this is the number that shows up on the callers end showing where I’m calling from.  Sometime it show 000-123-4556 also.

rec'd 4 very obscene messages from this number, but caller knew all of our personal info.  Names, address ect.  where is this coming from?  how can we track this?  can the cops do anything?

I get calls from this number all throughout the day, no messages. I answered once and heard the dead silence that you get the first second or two when there is another telemarketer trying to bug you. I hate this stuff. I need to get a hold of a phone spam filter as this is getting out of control here in North America and you'll get them on the worst times of day too.

Got a call from this number this morning. Picket up the phone and dead silence on the other end.
