I have been getting calls from this number for a week now, and they never leave messages. They always call in the mornings

I am receiving Fax calls from this number. It has been going on for a week now. Very annoying.
The number shows up on my call display but when I call it back it says " The number is not in service"

The caller is from HBC. Another one of those "courtesy" calls, yet it's not important. What a waste of time!!

I recieved a call from this number - they left a message on my voicemail.  Turns out it was Fido Customer Care trying to get a hold of me.  However, if you call the number directly, it says "this number was not assigned."

Called tonight - person identified himself by name and said was calling from Federal Collections. (I told him I wasn't home.)
