Had treatment on 30/09 afternoon. Very disappointed with the female receptionist who appears to have some anxiety and is abrupt. She came to the door and knocked during the session and told therapist to hurry up and that another client was waiting. She did not wait until the therapist was finished. Therapist had 10 more minutes to complete his session. I felt cheated and I think it is bad manners and poor customer service. Spoke to receptionist about the issue and asked her not to do this again to any other patient. She needs to wait and be patient. I was left shocked and felt cheated.
