Got a call on my cell!  It came up as coming from Toronto, Canada!  I do not know anyone in Canada and I do not answer calls that I do not know.  I am on the do not call list with my home number as well as my cell number.  Why am I getting these calls?

I tired calling the number back and it says the number is not in service?? Weird
