Same thing. No one is there when I answer, then when I call back it says the number is not in service

Wasting my money using bandwidth on my cell phone - nobody there when answered.  Have now listed the number as SPAMMER and will not pay any attention to any calls from it.

This number has called me several times but no one on the other end answers the call....I would like to know why! Thank you
