just got a call from that number a few miniutes ago..picked up the phone but no one answered, then got disconnected.

Fax from travel co. No co. name. No mention of any registration. Possibly SCAM!

They call, let it ring 3 times and then hang up.
Obviously telemarketer with computer generated dialing.

This number calls and constantly repeats "This is an important message, a representative will be with you shortly."  I don't have a clue who it is, but since I don't owe anyone money, I would guess it's telemarketing.
