"Microsoft " called to tell me my computer  is running ??? for the past ?? hours & he is here to help me ??? He told me he called me in the morning twice with no one answering, therefore he had to call me this time (11pm). We tried to get the # from him that we can call back to make sure it's really Microsoft. The caller id showed "unknown". Everything sounded so fishy. Would & could Microsoft contact a consumer directly like this?  How can they have access to my personal info like phone #, & know that "my computer is not running properly". I didn't wait till any further request & hang up. I changed my mind to call back.
