I've received calls from (416) 210-3998 - 10 minutes ago I received it again - I never answered. I called back and it said that "someone with a Prepaid Calling Card had called.- Please hang up". I discovered a voice message was left on my phone - it was my Sister-in-law calling me (in St. John's) from Gander (Newfoundland). She just called again and 416-210-3998 came up. I answered and it was my Sis-in-law, in Gander, calling from a payphone USING a President's Choice (Dominion Stores) Prepaid Long Distance Card. She said the number is based in Toronto.

I got two calls in two days from (416) 210-3998.  I don't answer the call and let it go to voice.Woman left a msg saying she was looking for Tisha.  Her name was Hope and she left a number 1-(514) 865-7995 (in Quebec).  Her msg goes something like this:  Hi Tisha, it's Hope.  I have the stuff that you wanted for that lady sitting here.  Please call me back at 514-865-7995 so that you could pick it up for her... (or something like it)...  Smells funny since she wasn't specific about what she had for Tisha.  Always referred to it as stuff or thing...

WTF! i just received a call from tha number... like 5minutes ago! the fist time i didn t answer and he/she didnt leave a message. He/she called back 3 minutes after i didnt answer and then she left a mess. She said: hy i want to talk to ...(my bf's name) for a really special reason... with a very 'erotic" voice. I was like WTF?! and now im reading all your comments and i think it is juste a freaking person that has no life and juste want to make dammage a bit everywhere.OH! and bu the way....the person that jste call...if you read that: you have to change your voice a little bit so like that i wouldn t notice that you were a boy!... DAMN BOY !!! GET A LIFE!

I receive these calls at least once a week, usually 8-9pm. Had one last night. I've never answered, no message ever left.  To whom does one report this nuisance as above message indicates?  Bell?  CTRC?

Got a call from a friend today using a President's Choice phone card. The card service is administered by Bell Canada

I got 3 calls from this number aswell. It says its not in service. But... its not the normal message i hear when I call other numbers that are not in service. I wonder if its on their end that they have a machine that picks up and does that. Could be scammers?
