I've been receiving calls from this number roughly once a day over the past week.  They never leave a message, and when I pick up, it's just dead air for a few seconds, then they hang up. So annoying.

Same problem, same number. I called a friend who's an exec with Rogers; after checking, he told me it's not their telemarketing and said it is a scam of some sort since Rogers never asks for credit card info on the phone unless.

This number has been calling a few times every day for the last few weeks.  As I don't recognize the number so I just let it go to voice mail.  Of course no message was left.  Yesterday when the call came in I finally picked it up - a girl (her voice sounds like she's still in high school) said she's calling from Rogers and she's promoting the movie network - she went on and on but this is pretty much all I could understand as she's obviously reading from a script and talking so fast that you could only hear every third word she said.  After telling her a few times that I'm not interested in the movie network then she hang up - I don't even remember she said thank you or goodbye - very unprofessional if you ask me.When I have time I'm going to call Rogers and ask them to take me off (AGAIN) from their marketing call list.  I didn't do it yesterday because I know that unprofessional girl claimed to be calling from Rogers would just ignore my request.  It's probably what happened with my previous requests.If any Rogers marketing executives see this comment, SHAME ON YOU!!!!  As a Rogers customer this waste of my time just pushed me to wanting to switch to BELL.

This number woke me up this morning, he said hello and asked for my name to my voicemail... kind of funny. I checked my call display he/she called every day this week sometimes in the morning sometimes just before 5pm. I'm going to give rogers a call to see if I can get myself removed from marketing as well.

i have been receiving calls from the 1-416-188-8231 when i return the call it says "this is a wrong # pls check the # and dial again" this is a real bother....
