I strongly suspect that this is the same outfit that in the past used a series of phony numbers they are range from (416) 800-1001 to (416) 800-1024, (647) 351-3799, (647) 588-5212, 707-236-4420 etc.. The company is located in Downsview/Toronto On. in the industrial commercial area around Allness Avenue.
