This number called me on my cell just now. I didn't recognize it and let it go to voice mail. They hung up without leaving a message. The caller ID said "Ontario" and then listed the number.

I think Rogers gives out our number to these guy to rack up the minutes in the cell phone plans so they can charge us.... especially for those pay-as-you-go plans. A lawsuit should be file against rogers etc for the minutes/money we all lost.
