I have Telus and get these annoying calls several times a day, the last msg said it was the last chance to sign up for the car warranty and my file would be closed. That was a week ago. I ONLY WISH! Saskskatchewan is suing for a similar scam as they have NO LICENCE to sell in Canada.  What can Ontario do to protect us?  I do not answer these calls that come from several variations of the same numbers.

i have recieved following numbers to my cell phone this week.416-000-9946, 416-000-1673, 416-000-3571,416-000-7911,416-000-1397,416-000-7954, 416-000-3196.i am told by my phone provider that these are not real or complete numbers.my display only shows 10 digits and the telemarkters have equipment to hide their actual phone numbers.  they may be phoning long distance with a total phone number of 19 digits.any one complained to phonebusters or the police?

It's a scam, clearly. They called my cell about renewing my vehicle warranty...but I don't even have my learner's permit/G1 -_-. Seriously, if they're going to scam people, at least target people old enough to drive.
