Its a FRAUD!  He sends fraudulant checks in the amount of $2,999.75, asks you to cash them at your bank, then wire around $2,700 + wiring fee to Canada, and you keep the rest.  You can win a million dollars if you do this he says.  When the check(s) clear the bank, they are NSF and the $2,999.75 is withdrawn from your account. You are sending him your own money and don't realize it.  He's targeting older and elderly people who are too trusting, naive, and trying to win a quick dollar.
