Angie, I am going to join your crusade.  These clowns call three of my phone numbers multiple times a week and I have tried everything to get them to stop.  They have ticked me off enough that it's now time to go on the offensive....  We now know the origin (Spain), names, and addresses, and associated websites of those responsible.  It's likely that a cyber attack on there websites is imminent.  They are a plague on society and have disrupted enough lives that it's time to disrupt their operations.

Usage of CPE (Customer Provided Equipment) means that the caller-ID information has been set by the caller. ?Thus, they can call you, while they are showing a "not-in-service" number.  So, because the number is "unassigned", no telephone-company (Bell, Telus, Shaw, et cetera) can route the number back to them.

Scam- scam  -They called from 1 (403) 905-8000 and introduced themselves as West Jet vacation promotions and asked if I am interested in a great deal 6 days and 5 nights in Mexico to press 1, when I did I got rerouted somewhere. Guy by name Purgeon answered and said there is a great deal to Maya Rivera 6 days 5 nights I have 18 months to book this. Then he continued and said I had  a second trip also to Orlando Florida 5 day 4 nights that I had 15 months to book from the time I booked May Riviera trip but I had to pay $ 999 today by using visa or master card.
