got called couple of times last few days no message left tried to call back but can't get through on that number as phone company recording says that this number cannot be reached as dialed

This number called and left a message but no wrods just chewing and nose breathing.  I could hear other people in the back ground but this caller said nothing just chewed his gum.. So annoying and at the very end of the message the guy says "Hi Babe" and hangs up.  I cant even call them back to complain I just get a busy signal when I dial 1-(403) 879-1996  SO ANNOYING I want to give who ever this is a piece of my mind!!
