According to Google this number belongs to Calgary Firefighters Burn Unit. We have asked them nicely not to call as we are struggling to bounce back from a bankruptcy and are on the "Do Not Call List", but they still call. Blocked their number & they still call. Both my husband & I tried to give to all the charity's when we were working but then you retire & then have a life threatening illness, lose your house & everything else that you once owned & all the charity's that you supported refuse to help you back! We no longer give to any of them!!!

Calls at least every other day.

They have called me now already for 2 months every day sometimes twice sometimes I answer and hang up immediately,but this does not help either it is very annoying and I am even on the do not call list.

Requesting payment by credit card.I only divulge it if I place the call.

Calgary firefighters burn unit and they call 2X day seeking donations, no message ever left, but this organization has more than one number that they use and it switches up every so often.  Annoying! The other number is (587) 887-1853.

It's the fire burn unit, probably a good cause, but really really annoying. I had them mail me a form to fill out as I don't usually give credit card numbers to unsolicited calls. But, I was slow in replying, and they phoned again, and said it had been weeks since they mailed it, and they had not received any money. So I gave them some over the phone. Then I started getting bombarded by the heart and stroke fund, the cancer fund, camp Kiwanis, etc, etc. I would get 3 calls a day from a charity, I stopped answering my phone. My cousin got ill, and was dying, and her son with an unlisted number, tried calling me to get me to visit her, but never left a message, as he didn't want to break the news on the phone.  I never found out she was ill until she died. Then, I found the fire burn units donation card, and was going to fill it out, and send them some more money. On the back in small print is a checked box, that says unless you check this, we will give your contact information to other charities. I never ever sent them more money. But they kept phoning, so I told them about the other charities calling me, and they denied they gave out the number. I read them the fine print on the back of the card, and they apologized, and said they didn't know. I asked them to put me on their do not call list. By the way, they do a phone campaign at least twice a year, if you donate money.  They have been bombarding me again, with 3 calls a day every day, for two months. So much for the do not call list.
