after pressing 1, the agent came on the line indicating that he would need to ask me a couple of questions for verification purposes. ?I said before I do, I need him to tell me my name.  He said that he couldn't do that because that was information he needed for verifying my identity. Then I asked him which company he worked for and he hung up
