Yup. ?Just got a call from them too on my cell.  I actually picked it up, but they hung up immediately afterwards.

Caller: (403) 775-9368   They get your contact details from TD Bank. I applied for TD Visa card which was rejected and also my number was forwarded to this tele marketing company. Now they have all my details and call me everyday on my all contact numbers.
