Extremely pushy charity looking for money. We gave money last year and they call constantly now. When I. explained to them that several family members suffer ( including young children) from debilitating diseases and we choose to focus on giving our funds to those charities and our church, they rudely hung up. Hopefully, they'll never call again.

As above the agency is CCA (Common Collection Agency or Commercial Credit Adjusters) They can even get through if you have blocked their number with help from an operator as I have been told & as we have recently experienced. Beware the following numbers if you have call display 00 or 00-000-0000 as it is them as well. We do owe money & have advised them & the bank that they work for (CIBC) that they will be paid in full by the end of the month but they & the bank continue to call starting at 7:30am until 10:00pm every flipping day of the week. They also continue to drain our bank account leaving us nothing to live on. They continue to drain the account & then try again & have the gall to charge us $45.00 a pop for every time anyone , espicially the bank tries to take money out of our account. Guess they don't understand English.. go figure as their Reps can't flippin speak English with names like Tibor, Raz Van , ect, ect ect! Ain't Canada grand? NEVER bank with CIBC , NEVER bank with the same bank that you have a mortgage with & NEVER allow direct debit in your account. How can a bank charge $45.00 NSF when they can see you have a $o.oo balance!!!! Since they are the ones draining the account in the first place. What a bunch of A holes!!!!

They call several times a week & never leave a message. We blocked their number but they continue to call as our block allows 1 ring so we can follow up on the number that called. I called the number back & a recording says "the person at extension 222 is not available so please leave a message, ect, ect, ect. zpossibly another type of collection agency?

answered this call......it was a very noisey background asking for a person who doesnt live at this number and we have had the same number for over 20yrs!  They just kept saying yes she does this is the number she gave us, we have a package for her.  I very politely told them i think they have the wrong number several times and i just kept getting no its not we have a package for this person.......so i just hung up.Have not heard back from them YET  lolSeemed like a phising type scam

They called my cell, but I missed the call.  Good thing as it seems like a scam.
