This number claims to be calling on behalf of Bell offering you a free cell phone.  The woman on the phone hung up on me when I said NO THANKS.  I reported this to Bell who confirmed it wasn't them and wasn't legitimate.

This number belongs to a bell dealer. I booked 2 cell phones from them (samsung entro and LG Rumor 2) with the 30$ plan and two year contract. I received my phone. They asked for my DL number for credit check. I received both the phones in 4 days after the call.

This number called me and I got a free smartphone, no hidden charges.
