My husband took the hand Dyson vacuum to change battery at the barlow store a week ago, Store manager Ken Waldrum of the Barlow store suggested to change the battery of my Dyson vacuum, after that, the vacuum still doesn't work,and he damaged the body of the vacuum, Ken only refunded $60 that what we paid for change the battery and suggested us to send the battery to Dyson for repair.He doesn't have any responsible person. How can i mail to Dyson for maintenance as it has been broken by a Battery store?
