I have this number as they call me between 230 and 530 in the morning! Please let me know if you find out how to stop it!

This phone # calling me everyday and everytime and even at midnight. The tone looks like Fax # , and Caller ID says Newslink Canada. Actually they piss me off, I dont have a good sleep recently, becuase of that . I am complain about them and I am trying to find way to sue them or block their # . Please help me.
