LOL I had been a customer for 12 years since it was called Starchoice, their customer service was terrible, same as other comments here, the fees and channel choices kept changing, fees went up, I cut my package choices down from nine to five, eventually I told them to stick it, they were aghast, all sorts of offers then to keep me, LOL sorry Shaw too little to late - what happened to my 12 years of loyalty??

These company's don't learn, the old saying, its easier to keep a customer happy than find a new one, keep phoning boys, one day you will realize, I'm not coming back, EVER!!

just received another call from (403) 538-4620.....who's number is this?

I sent 50.00 today and will send 65.00 next week on my bill
