I just called The Weedman Calgary and they admit that this is their outbound number.  I am a customer of theirs so I asked them to flag my account to say I don't want any phone calls.  She said it would work.  We'll see!

this number calls, no one talks on other end when I picked up, no caller display. Tried calling back and get constant busy signal and no announcement. Call came in at around 6:30 pm on February 02, 2009.

I continually get calls from this number - it's always a hang-up. ?Reverse lookup shows nothing.  Dialing it produces a busy signal.  Very irritating.

I got a phone at 5:19 pm yesterday. She asked me if we canceled a program. but we have never registered it.
