I got a call from a woman at "Creative Solutions". She called at 9pm and when I asked her why she was calling me so late and she gave me the story about the urgent messages from my computer (I don't have the computer she said was sending them error messages). I told her to shove it.

how did you remove the remote access software that creative solutions  installed?

My wife took a call from this number today (Nov. 24, 2011) with a similar story about being associated with Microsoft and that there were problems with her computer. ?He asked if he could have remote access to her computer and she reluctantly agreed.  I don't know what he did as I was out of the house at the time.  I've since removed the remote access software that he installed on the computer and scanned it and found nothing else that looked suspicious.  Hopefully nothing more will come of this.

I received a similar call last night and fell for it ,giving out my credit card # and authorizing payment.I subsequently  thought better of it and called my credit card co. and had it cancelled .

This morning I received a call from this same company and they are indeed a scam company.   Wasted several hours figuring this out and reporting them to my credit card company.  What frauds!  The numbers they used to call were as follows:  5-886-325-8963, 92-168-1200  They claimed they have a working website and phone number but I could not find or reach either one.  I e-mailed them this information....so then they called me back again and said they are having technical difficulties.  The number they gave me to call is 786-275-5076.  NO ONE answers!
