someone asked for steve and then said they  had the wrong number

someone calls from this number about 1x per week, they never leave a message. it's quite annoying - so I tried calling it back (several times day or night), no one answers it, ring / click / busy.... "go away"

Phone calls on Jan. 21 (no one spoke) and on Jan. 25 trying to sell duct cleaning

no messages was left.
