I contacted Sunny Sunrooms Ltd. to inspect and repair the damage on our sunroom roof after a severe hailstorm. After numerous phone calls requesting the paper quote (they gave a quote over the phone with essentially no financial details), they demanded I first pay $500 and sign a contract before the send the information. Insurance companies require quotes as every homeowner is well aware and I advised them of this. The female owner yelled at me about sending the $500 first - They are a scam and I highly suggest not to utilize this company. It is absolutely disgusted that they led me on and demanded money. This has been very stressful and now I find myself having to go through the entire process again. So unprofessional Don & Margaret!
