We've been getting calls from that number also. They never leave a name or company with the message.  Then today I got a call from (403) 215-3340 and a guy who said he was Eugene and wanted to talk to my daughter. When I asked who he was he didn't really want to say and finally gave me some initials with a C W and L in there.  When I asked what that stood for, he didn't want to tell me, so I said I'd call the police then.He knew our address and it freaked me a bit too.  Real, responsible companies are usually willing to explain and give their name and details....

Got a call yesterday-voicemail.  He got my last name right but not my first name...just mumbled something.  Said he was a lawyer calling from W.D. WAKE  and associates and I must call him back that day.  I googled the name and found no lawyers in Calgary with that name.  Called the number he left- (403) 215-3313 and got voicemail. I checked the number on the internet and found this thread...interesting, weird and a more than a little bit creepy!

I just received a call from "Mr. Lake" saying I must call him back as he has a very important message for me. I googled the number and found this site and I am very weirded out as well. There is no reason for a collection company to be calling me either. I live in Calgary

He's up to it again or still 5 calls from the number today.

Getting many calls from them... just got a new number 1 week ago, and not many of my friends even know it is my number now... no way a debt collection agency would be the first to get it. They don't know my name or anything, so I would assume this is a scam.

Today this number called my brother in law and ask to talk to me. How in the world they know his phone, my name and that we are relatives.  We both block number. These people should be caught by police and put in jail for some time, then they will think twice before they disturb people. What a idiots.
